     Smitty’s, a second generation company has been in the seafood business for over forty seven years. We are an active participant in all East Coast auctions, avoiding the cost of the middleman.

Our business credo incorporates quality with integrity. Our package is natural, we do not misrepresent sizing nor do we use
additives or preservatives. Our trailers run from Maine through New Jersey six days a week. All our fillets are hand cut and can be portioned to size. We also work long term sales programs with our clients.

We honor and deliver what ever we commit to. Look for our kosher cut product line beginning this spring.
